The World’s only Mindful Triathlon comes to Charlotte this Weekend

Yogis…runners…hoopers…meditators of Charlotte listen up! This year Wanderlust 108 is coming to Charlotte April 8th and you are going to want to purchase your tickets for this all out celebration of healthy living in your favorite local park ASAP!

Wanderlust 108 is the world’s only Mindful Triathlon. This day is all about community, bringing together a 5K run/walk, an outdoor yoga experience, and a guided meditation. Following the triathlon, you can choose your own mindful adventure by partaking in one scheduled activity, grabbing an organic lunch, and mingling with other local yogis .

What to expect this year

It’s an all day affair!

7:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Check In, Drop Your Bag & Grab Coffee

9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: 5K Run (or walk): Triathlon Part 1 – Fueled by adidas

11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Yoga: Triathlon Part 2

3

12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Meditation: Triathlon Part 3

4

1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Grab Lunch, Head to Your Scheduled Activity, or Chill

3:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Bonus Activity final lap around the Kula Market

Why it’s a good cause

For every 108 tickets sold, Wanderlust will donate $1.08 to No Kid Hungry! Your ticket purchase will help connect a child with 10 meals.
